We are taking all the measures to ensure the centre is providing an inclusive and friendly environment for children, parents and staff. To better accommodate the needs of children in different age groups we are operating in three different groups based on the age of the children. These groups operate in three distinct zones/rooms all with adequate staff to meet the need of those groups.
The groups are named as Sapphires, Emeralds, and Opals
- Sapphires zone for 6 weeks to 2 years old children
- Emeralds zone for 2 years to 3 years old children
- Opals zone for 3 years to 6 years
Staffing
All staff employed at Macquarie Early Learning Centre have age-appropriate experience and they hold a current Senior First Aid certificate
Laundry
The centre provides all nappies, linen, bibs, painting aprons, towels and face-washers and a named hat for all children plus a named bag for sapphires. These are for exclusive use at the childcare centre.
What to Bring
Each child is to bring a complete change of clothes including underwear and shoes labeled clearly with their name.

We also ask if you could bring a piece of fruit each day which will be served at morning tea or afternoon tea.
Parents of infants using formula area asked to supply their child's daily formula needs in a marked container.
