We work as a team to develop and implement an effective and develop mentally appropriate program for all age groups. We use best programming and planning practices found in the 'emergent curriculum' formats in our daily routines. Therefore staff would base their plans on ongoing observations, work samples and digital pictures of the children.
We consider each staff member as a unique individual, their personal background, culture and life experiences are valued and respected, and they form an intricate part in development of programs and plans throughout the centre.
As an fully accredited child care centre, we make sure our staff is well trained and are fully qualified for the job.
