Management
Our management is fully conscious of daily dealings with parents and staff, and ensuring that all dealings are based on mutual respect and acceptance of individuals personal beliefs and backgrounds
They are aware of all financial obligations incurred by parents/ carers and all such information is fully explained and documented
We will ensure that our staff is available to be contacted through a number of medium (at the centre in person, over the phone, written, etc), and will respond with due diligence and speed to all requests/questions/queries)
We ensure that all licensing and accreditation procedures are appropriately represented as a minimum set of standards for the centre.
