Our philosophy is based on following five key areas
Management
- Our management is fully conscious of daily dealings with parents and staff, and ensuring that all dealings are based on mutual respect and acceptance of individuals personal beliefs and backgrounds
- They are aware of all financial obligations incurred by parents/ carers and all such information is fully explained and documented
- We will ensure that our staff is available to be contacted through a number of medium (at the centre in person, over the phone, written, etc), and will respond with due diligence and speed to all requests/questions/queries)
- We ensure that all licensing and accreditation procedures are appropriately represented as a minimum set of standards for the centre.
